Great deal for last-minute reservations. The motel was clean and served my needs well. That said, I found that parking could be limited at times, and the refrigerator in our room was quite noisy throughout our stay.

I stayed for 2 nights in a Double or Twin Room. The place was clean and the bed was comfy. I really appreciated the hot water and friendly service. Plus, parking was right in front of my room, made everything super easy. It met my needs perfectly 😊

We were moved to a king room and had central heating, TV set and a microwave oven.

The room was perfectly clean and had private bathroom plus a microwave and a fridge. Location: the hotel was just next door to fairgrounds as well as central Dixon. The staff were very very nice all of the time.

This motel is an absolute joke. Parking is limited and they expected me to walk half a block with my bags. You call yourself pet friendly but try sneaking in my pup, and bam, a $10 fee? I almost thought I'd leave a good review, but the noisy refrigerator ruined that perfectly. How hard is basic comfort?

The small size and age of the motel felt outdated!!! A lack of designated pet areas made the pet-friendly claim questionable. Management should clearly list fees upfront to avoid confusion!!!

Spacious room, clean bathroom, with great air conditioning and free parking just outside our door, making our weekend stay comfortable and convenient.

Motel is located conveniently near Dixon-May fairgrounds. Recently redone rooms are comfortable and spotless. Close to 7-Eleven, CVS, and dining options. Fridge and microwave provided. Management is friendly and helpful.
